Registration of Personal Data
In compliance with the LFPDPPP, we inform you that the personal data collected by Punta Mita Transportation, through the forms on its pages, will be incorporated and processed in our file in order to facilitate, expedite, and fulfill the commitments established between Punta Mita Transportation and the User or the maintenance of the relationship established in the forms filled out by the User, or to respond to a request or inquiry. Likewise, in accordance with the provisions of the LFPDPPP, a record of processing activities is maintained, specifying, according to their purposes, the processing activities carried out and other circumstances established by said law.

Categories of Personal Data
The categories of data processed by Punta Mita Transportation are solely identifying data. Under no circumstances are special categories of personal data processed within the meaning of Article 9 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (FLPPPDI).
Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is consent. Punta Mita Transportation undertakes to obtain the express and verifiable consent of the User for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.
The User will have the right to withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawing consent will be as easy as giving it. As a general rule, the withdrawal of consent will not condition the use of the Website.
On occasions where the User must or may provide their data through forms to make inquiries, request information, or for reasons related to the content of the Website, it will be indicated if the completion of any of them is mandatory because they are essential for the correct development of the operation carried out.
Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Personal Data of Minors
Respecting the provisions of Article 8 of the FLPPPDI and Article 7 of the Federal Law on Transparency and Access to Information (LFTAIPG), only individuals over 14 years old can give their consent for the lawful processing of their personal data by Punta Mita Transportation. If it concerns a person under 14 years old, the consent of parents or guardians will be necessary for processing, and it will only be considered lawful to the extent that they have authorized it.
Secrecy and Security of Personal Data
Punta Mita Transportation undertakes to adopt the technical and organizational measures necessary, according to the level of security appropriate to the risk of the collected data, to ensure the security of personal data and prevent the destruction, loss, or accidental or unlawful alteration of transmitted, stored, or otherwise processed personal data, or unauthorized communication or access to such data.
However, because Punta Mita Transportation cannot guarantee the invulnerability of the internet or the total absence of hackers or others who may fraudulently access personal data, the data controller undertakes to promptly inform the User when a breach of the security of personal data occurs that is likely to pose a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals. Pursuant to Article 4 of the FLPPPDI, a breach of the security of personal data is understood to mean any breach of security that results in the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, or alteration of personal data transmitted, stored, or otherwise processed, or unauthorized communication or access to such data.
Personal data will be treated as confidential by the data controller, who undertakes to inform and guarantee through a legal or contractual obligation that such confidentiality is respected by its employees, associates, and any person to whom the information is made accessible.
Rights Derived from Personal Data Processing
The User has over Punta Mita Transportation and may, therefore, exercise the following rights recognized in the FLPPPDI:
- Right of access.
- Right of rectification.
- Right of erasure (“the right to be forgotten”).
- Right to limitation of processing.
- Right to data portability.
- Right of objection.
- Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

- Name, surname of the User, and a copy of the INE or equivalent document. In cases where representation is admitted, it will also be necessary to identify by the same means the person representing the User, as well as the document proving the representation.
